Massages

After all the activities it is time to relax and spoil yourself with;

  • A relaxation massage (classic / hot stone)
  • A targeted massage for tired muscles (foot massage, legs, neck and shoulders)
  • A hamam bath, body treatments like clay mask and scrub treatments we will realise in the near future, to offer you some more relaxations……

A relaxation massage:
With the relaxation massage you skin and muscles will be softly kneaded. By using aromatic oils to rub and knead your muscles and the subcutaneous connective tissue will be loosened up.
You can also choose the extra relaxing hot stone massage.
As an extra we can give you and facial mask and facial massage.
 
A targeted massage for tired muscles:
One of the best treatments for hikers is the attenuating sage footbath, followed by an excellent foot massage and treatment with a vitalizing foot crème.
For cyclists we have the deeper muscle massage of the bruised areas. By using a muscle relaxing oil and adding extra warmth in the muscles the soured muscles will relax easily.
